Being your own CEO is a great concept. You guys have given me a lot to think about...

Suggestion: How about some show notes - links to the guest's site and or products, maybe a couple of quotes from the interview? I'd love to learn more about your guests.

Dave, thanks for the note. We are going to get some show notes up there, I think we are going to do a time stamp on key points/questions in the interview. We want to really SELL the person on our site, so people watch the show. Also, video does nothing for SEO so it's important we have a little content up there.

What is holding back my business plan is that my financials are incomplete and the people I gave them to to help me out have put my request on the back burn.

Without the complete financial, I can not rewrite the final drafts for my business plan.

This problem has opened my eyes to the fact that an accountant on staff would be of GREAT benefit.

Reginald, maybe someone at the Small Business Administration can help you out on your local area?

I think one of the biggest challenges in our business is connecting the right people. Finding great content and then finding the right business owners or soon to be owners who need the content.

Awesome interview. To get where you want to go in life, you need to be your own CEO and take action. Nothing becomes accomplished without action.

I think what holds many people back is the issue of how to start, jump right in, and put yourself out there. There is the fear involved, but also how do I go about this.

Solid interview guys - as an Interdisciplinary Engineering & Management major, I really connected with Prafulla's undergraduate background and early business career.

The biggest things holding me back from starting a business today are having an idea that I'm very passionate about and balancing time between college, extracurricular commitments, working out, etc.

I'm interested in your take on starting a business in college versus working for a few years and then attempting to launch a venture. Also, if I wait, what do you think is the best route job-wise: big company to get the management experience vs. small start-up to get the entrepreneurship experience?

These are the questions and obstacles hindering me from starting a business right now.
